Your order will include the shipping fees as determined by your choice of carrier.
If your order is being shipped outside of the United States you may be assessed customs duties or VAT fees. These fees are required by your local government and must be paid to your carrier upon receipt. They cannot be paid by us.
All payments are processed through PayPal. You may use your PayPal balance, Visa, Mastercard, or other credit card to fund your purchase.
Ready to Ship (RTS) items:
These will generally ship out in 1-2 days.
These will generally ship out in 7-10 business days.
USPS First Class: 3-10 days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days
UPS Ground: 1-5 days

Generally, international shipments can take 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Once we receive your order, we'll queue up your order in the order it was received. After it is processed and ready for shipment, we will package it in a discreet shipping container and ship it out at earliest opportunity.
Upon shipping you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order. You'll be able to track it through the carrier's website.
Once we receive confirmation of delivery, we'll send you an email letting you know that your package has been delivered.
Yes! You will receive an email with the details of your order. Also, you will be able to check on the status of your order through your personal account page.
